Rather than building large-scale facilities – concentrated around Tier 1 cities – in the hope of finding clients to fill them, Exuvi8 is all about building smaller data centres that are closer to the end user and pack a high-density punch. Our solutions require less physical space than traditional data centres and can be built in normal office / business park environments, therefore enabling clients to utilise existing space, or to repurpose real estate that perhaps falls below the requirements of new ESG criteria.
Because our designs are scalable, this allows clients to build in modular blocks determined by both demand and available finance. Overall, this is a more cost-effective and manageable way to deploy.
