Where our feasibility studies are concerned, we work with clients to apply robust testing methodology – which includes the application of upper and lower specification limits / acceptable parameters for each business process. Data is subsequently organised into functional categories to enable the interrogation of technology capability against performance criteria. This facilitates comparison of results from different solutions, and with baseline data.
The process enables us to verify data against manufacturer claims and CTQs, accounting for any variables, interrelationships, compatibilities, achievements, and limitations, as well as operational lessons learned.
